Everyone dreams. The most common emotion experienced in dreams is anxiety. Negative emotions are more common than positive ones (based on my experience). Our mind interprets the external stimuli that our senses are bombarded with when we are asleep & make them a part of the dreams. This means that sometimes in our dreams we hear a sound from reality and incorporate it in a way. For eg, you may be dreaming that you are in a Jason Mraz concert while your alarm set off as I’m yours music during your sleep. No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dreams that you wish
will come true. That if you work towards it.
