Step 2 – Exchange your e-Ticket

Remember to bring along your printed e-ticket and exchange it over the counter at KTM office on level 1 of Woodlands Train Checkpoint. You are required to do this if you purchase the tickets online and departing from Woodlands. If you are departing from JB Sentral, just scan your e-Ticket QR code at the gantry.

Step 3 – Proceed to the Train Station

The entrance to the train station will open 30 minutes prior departure. Please remember to produce your exchanged ticket and passport to the officer. The train shuttle adopt free seating policy. If you arrived late during the peak period, you will end up standing in the train.

Step 4 – Clear Singapore and Malaysia Immigration
