Luxury Exclusive Coach to Kuala Lumpur

SIN to KUL with Luxury Tours and Travel

Luxury Exclusive CoachMy first time using their services to SIN – KL – SIN. A reliable service indeed. I book my 2 way tickets via luxury portal. Departure is from Concorde Hotel taxi stand which is away from other coach operator at beach rd. As usual, my departure time is at 8am. Check-in is required at the luxury office 30 mins prior.

The double deck Coach alight or board passengers in 3 different area in Kuala Lumpur. Dorsett Hotel, Istana Hotel and Sheraton Imperial. It is up to passengers where they want to alight or board from KL depending on their hotel location.

The coach is clean. Seats are comfortable although there are signs of wear and tear. The guide will only hop on after the coach clearing the Malaysia immigration. The guide, Mr Gomez is friendly and informative too.

Crossing the borders using Tuas 2nd link to Johor bahru.

Personal TV with variety of preloaded movie channel. From English blockbuster such as transformers, chinese, malay and even hindi. Ear phones are not provided but each seats has build-in speaker. I suggest to bring along your own earphones for better sound.

Food was served by Mr Gomez shortly after clearing Malaysia immigration. No soft drink but a bottle of mineral water is given. Reasons are simple, they didn’t want the passengers to make a mess in the coach. He even told us to keep the coach clean as shortly after reaching KL, another group will board the coach back to Singapore. So it is kinda a round trip. Partly because the coach is registered in Singapore. Simple bite such as curry puff, hot dog roll and malay kueh being served. The coach do a stopover for 20 minutes at Yong Peng which most of the coaches do. Total journey took 5hr plus. I reach KL safely at 1.30pm. Overall, i’m satisfied but not that luxury as it seem by the condition of tired cabin. Other than that. Good service by the guide.
