Hoi An is a charming little old town. It is worth to explore the ancient town for a few days. I decided to spend 3 nights at the Little Hoi An Boutique Hotel & Spa. Located on the banks of Hoai River, this 30-room boutique is just a block from the ancient town.
For US$23 per car, I had requested the hotel to arranged a pick up from Danang International Airport to the hotel without any hassle. The journey took an hour. Upon check-in, the staff went through the hotel amenities and recommended attractions near the Old Town while the welcome drink and wet towel being served.
Little Suite with River View
I was ushered to my room on the 3rd floor; the highest floor of the property. The hotel still practice physical key instead of key card. Furnished with patterned flooring, this 32 square meter room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a desk, a minibar and tea/coffee making facilities.
A modern take on traditional Vietnamese decor. Dark-wood furniture with Indochina-inspired accents, and small lanterns.
Coffee/Tea facilities and mini bar.
Wardrobe and electronic safe.
The toilet is equipped with rainfall shower. Toiletries are also provided.
The room overlook the river. Although the location is a bit far from the beach, the hotel has a private beach at An Bang beach and shuttle bus is provided.

Basic fitness center with a few cardio and strength-training machines.
The Go2 restaurant
The restaurant offer Vietnamese style breakfast buffet from 6.30 am to 10.00 am daily.
The buffet spread is rather basic but good enough to fill up an empty stomach in the morning. From juices, local fresh fruit, selection of small pastries, and Vietnamese dishes such as pho.
I could not fault the hotel staff; they are very service oriented and most of them speak basic english. They quickly learn your name and say hello whenever you walked past the reception and will have a chat to check that everything is fine through out my stay. The location is perfect as it sits near the entrance of the old town, close to everything and all the sights.
