Christmas Wonderland 2020 consist of physical and online events. You can still enjoy the light installations onsite but shopping, games, meet the Santa has to go virtual from the comfort of your home. The Walk of Lights located at Gardens by the bay features 1,215,600 LED bulbs across nine installations. The 370-metre long walk will take about 20 to 30 minutes to complete in the hope of spreading some cheer during this holiday season. If you have been to Japan or Korea during the festive period, this light installation is somewhat similar.
The Path of Tranquility
You will start off with “The Path of Tranquility”, a 40-metres tunnel-like display made up of more that 60,000 LED bulbs.
The Magical Carriage
Get in the holiday mood with the 8-metre long Magical Carriage.
Golden Gift
Take a selfie with the “Golden Gift”. Please note that you must keep your mask on when taking photos.

The Field of Lights is made up of around 1 million LED bulbs and has a total length of 10km; that is nearly 60 times the height of the Singapore Flyer!

The Spalliera
My all-time favourite, the stunning 17m tall Spalliera. The light display is handmade by Italian craftsmen using white wood from the South of Italy and it took 11 days to complete the set up.
Double Storey Venetian Carousel
Tickets to the Walk of Lights are priced at S$5 each. You can pick from 9 daily sessions, 6.30pm to 10.30pm when you pre-register online. Each session has strictly controlled numbers to adhere to social distancing measures. You need to pre-book a 30-minute session and tickets are only available online. The Walk of Lights is a rain or shine event. Please note that access through the Walk of Lights is in one direction only.
