Celebrate the year of rabbit at Gardens by the Bay. The annual Chinese New Year floral display Dahlia Dreams will feature close to 40 dahlia varieties from Europe nurtured by the Gardens’ horticulturists.
The centrepiece of the floral display is a 6m tall River Hongbao lantern set of a majestic magnolia tree in the shape of the word rabbit in Chinese.
You will also notice the Aesop’s fable, “The Hare and the Tortoise”, as well as well-known aspects of Chinese culture such as paper-cutting, lion dance, CNY goodies and spring couplets.
