À La Carte Da Nang is a well known family-friendly beachfront aparthotel. Built in 2013, the property has 202 apartments featuring one or two bedrooms and a balcony with city and sea views. With just 20 minutes away from Da Nang International Airport, À La Carte Da Nang offers easy access to the city’s must-see destinations. After my stay in Hoi An, I decided to spend my last few days to experience what Da Nang has to offer.
Lobby
The lobby is huge with 4 counters to facilitate check-ins.
The 3 lifts serving the 23 floors can be annoying. Not only it was small but slow too.
Light Plus Ocean View Balcony
My apartment was located on the 18th floor, a modern, spacious studio with balcony overlooking the beach and South China Sea.
At 46m2, it has a open-plan living area too.

The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, two-plate induction stove and a refrigerator.

The hotel boasts the city’s first rooftop infinity pool.
Perfect location for photo opportunity.

The restaurant on level 2 serve breakfast buffet daily from 6:30am to 10:30am.
Tour Services
While getting taxi is not a problem in Da Nang, the hotel also provides shuttle service to attractions such as to Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountains, Hoi An and the City area at a reasonable price.
The property actually market their rooms for being soundproof, I beg to differ. The nightly performances and morning activities at the beach can be heard throughout my stay. This can be unpleasant but nothing can compensate the sea view from my room balcony. In general, if you are looking for a peaceful quiet place to relax, then this hotel is not for you.

Lonely Travelog 
Know what. I am planning for my next trip with my wife. It is either Hoi An only, Da Nang only or Hoi An – Da Nang combination. Then, I thought of doing a roadtrip to Phuket with her instead since it is quite an adventure and I have never been on a road trip as far as Phuket with her.
But looking at this post…now I am in a dilemma!!! hahaha
You can actually do a day trip to either Da Nanag or Hoi An. Then again, Phuket is nice too haha!
Only thing is I have been to Phuket twice. If I go to Da Nang or Hoi An, it would be the first for both of us.
