Over 50 varieties and more than 10,000 sunflowers are on display for the first time at Gardens by the Bay.  Believe it or not, Sunflower Surprise floral display features the largest variety of sunflowers in Singapore! Here’s what you can expect at the Sunflower Surprise floral display.

Significance of Sunflowers

Since the flower bears a resemblance of the Sun, Sunflowers are often associated with warmth, positivity, power, strength,and happiness.

Moulin Rouge is a hybrid variety of Sunflower which features deep red blooms with dark brown centers.

The Land of Oz

Themed after the classic children’s tale “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz,” the floral display is a creative reinterpretation of the classic tale.
