This week theme
During my trip to Shanghai, I found something wrong and amusing with the sign at the counter ticket that says ‘Pause’. I bet it is a pure translation. Anyone knows the real deal translation of this sign? My guess was ‘Counter closed’
Bund Sightseeing Tunnel, Shanghai
Hmmmm… so they’re on a break, but we can see them back there…
With my understanding of mandarin, it should mean “Counter Closed”, just like what you said. :)
I got it right then! Correct me if I remember wrongly, we do talk about trip to Korea before? How was your trip to Seoul?
Well, in german “Pause” means ‘break’ :-)
Noted! but then again this is China we talking about :D
Perhaps … ‘Lunch break’ ?? :P
Hmm you got the point there heh!
